Barista
Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Barista with strong customer service skills who can work in a fast-paced, high volume cafe environment. The right candidate will have a passion for fresh coffee and be willing to work in a bustling environment where they will be required to multi-task and interact with customers. The successful candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities and be able to make quick decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers to the store and serve them according to their requirements.
- Engage with customers and assist them in making selections.
- Make drinks to customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean and tidy bar and store, following safety guidelines and all health codes.
- Clean equipment.
- Ensure that all products are stocked.
- Keep work area tidy and organised.
- Ensure that the cash register is functioning correctly.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24-32 per week
Salary: Β£10.10 per hour
