This is a full-time position, you will report to the Assistant Manager/Floor Controller, and you will be responsible to run our and maintain our Housewares Section in an effective, profitable, and professional manner.
To achieve sales budgets and targets through the use of attained skills.
To liaise and assist the Assistant Manager/Floor Controller in the day-to-day operations of security and staff development.
To ensure that any changes in company systems or procedures that effect the Section under your control are implemented immediately.
To make sure the maximum productivity is achieved from your team working on the Section, by implementing a Rota for each member of your team and afterwards auditing the quality of their work.
