Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a FULL time Hotel Receptionist to join our fantastic front office team at Stifford Hall As a member of our team you will be customer facing, have an outgoing bubbly personality with a strong customer focus. We pride ourselves on great customer care

The position involves meeting and greeting our guests, checking them in and out and carrying out guest satisfaction calls. Our reception team work on varied shifts from 7am to 3.30pm and 3pm to 11.30pm.

We offer meals on duty, uniform and full on the job training.

An understanding of Opera PMS or a similar guest operating system is essential. Two weeks of full training working alongside our Front Office manager will help the ideal candidate settle into this exciting role.

Having worked in a hotel or similar environment is essential and your application will not be considered if you have not.

We will only consider candidates that are able to commit to the working pattens, hours and are able to travel to and from Stifford Hall
