Hours: Minimum 20 Hours per week up to full time (negotiable)

Salary: £20,000 per annum full time (pro rata for less hours)

We are looking for dedicated individuals with a can-do attitude who are creative, enthusiastic and proactive. This is a hands on position based in Hemel Hempstead with the ability to travel.

About the employer

Stone Age are a small, well established stone manufacture and retail business based just outside Hemel Hempstead. We have two showrooms (Hemel Hempstead and London) and a large factory and warehouse.

Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic/creative Social Media/marketing Graduate or College Leaver to join us in promoting our Stone Business through social media and marketing campaigns.

In addition, the successful candidate will also be required to assist, as necessary, in manning the offices and phones.

Duties includes:

• Writing social media posts and captions and updating the social media pages
• Updating websites as necessary
• Creating a marketing programme for future posts
• Responding to customer feedback and maintaining communications online
• Creating social media campaigns to increase engagement and target new audiences
• Creating graphic and visual content for dissemination on social media pages
• Sharing related content from partner brands and organisations with their social media audience
• Analysing social media numbers regularly
• Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback
• Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content

Required skill set:

· Canva/Adobe Illustrator

· Adobe Photoshop

· Microsoft Office

· Paid advertising knowledge / PPC

Candidate desirables

Confident on the telephone, sending and responding to emails

Confident in meeting and working with small office team, directors and on occasion customers.
