Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a manager to join our team at Stoned to run our two airstream catering trailers. You couldn't ask for a better location. With the trailers being situated on Woolacombe beach, you will spend your days serving the crowds and watching the surf. And with shifts finished by 17:30 you can spend your evenings by the sea.

Experience in the food industry is beneficial but not essential. We will also be happy to receive applications from experienced shift leaders/assistant managers looking for their first solo role.

Your day to day will be working on the trailers with your team; serving customers, keeping stocked up and creating barista style coffees. You can also work with suppliers to place orders and develop the menu.

If you don't know coffee, then don't worry! Full training is provided so by the end of the summer you will be a pro.

The ideal candidate will have:

-At least 1 years experience in a leadership role, working in the food/hospitality or retail sector.

-Have confidence and be self-sufficient, with the ability to make decisions and manage situations without supervision.

-Work under pressure to produce high quality products at speed.

-A good level of fitness. You will need to hitch the trailers daily.

This role is initially contracted for a season with hourly pay, but can be extended into a permanent role with a 12 month salary.

Shifts generally start at 8:30 and finish at 17:30

Contract length: 7 months

Salary: £11.50-£14.00 per hour
