Employment Support Worker (Mental Health focus)

Role Overview & Responsibilities

This is a home based role however whilst some clients prefer online support, others prefer face to face meetings. As you will be dealing with clients in the Swansea area, you should be within reasonable travelling distance of there.

The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable but not essential.

Working within the Training & Employability team to deliver an efficient and effective high quality learning and work support service to economically inactive and long term unemployed individuals. We are looking for someone who works well in a team and has a passion for removing barriers to employment and supporting the long term unemployed to progress towards sustainable employment.
