Golf Administration Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Key Duties:

• Offer exceptional customer service at all times to members and visitors
• Carry out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, etc.
• Maintain general office files
• Handle Petty Cash, daily and weekly cash reconciliation
• Assist in Golf Shop replenishing stock, selling merchandise and selling green fees
• Acquaint yourself with all aspects of Health and Safety at the Club including Fire & Emergency policies
• Perform other relevant duties when needed

Requirements:

• Office administration experience.
• Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)
• Comfortable handling confidential information.

Desirable:

Demonstrate knowledge around all subjects related to golf.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

Salary: £10.18-£12.00 per hour

• Stranraer, DG9 0LF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service (preferred)
• Administrative experience (preferred)

Language:

• English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
