Customer Service Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

The customer service team at Stratech are looking for a new team member. This is a fast paced office and warehouse environment, supplying scientific reagents.

No experience is required as training wil be given.

Tasks include, dealing with customer enquiries, processing sales orders and purchase orders, picking and packing.

Excellent communication skills and a good team player are essential.

Experience of SAP desirable but not essential.

Basic scientific knowledge desirable but not essential.

Enthusiasm - essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £16,149.00-£23,710.00 per year
