Excellent opportunity for a Skilled/ Semi-Skilled Maintenance Person to join a well-established company based near Loughborough.

Company

Established since 1971, the company has become a highly successful business supplying over 4 million eggs to an array of business, both big and small using the latest advances in packaging technology.

The company is now looking for a Skilled/ Semi-Skilled Maintenance Person to help look after a broad variety of equipment.

The role will include;

Maintenance of various farm equipment, vehicles, machinery & property

Servicing and fault finding

To ensure all work is carried out effectively and efficiently

At times you will be working in a dusty and dirty environment

Weekend work is required.

The Ideal Candidate;

We are looking for someone that is hard working, enthusiastic and keen to learn new skills. The job involves working on a multi-site Poultry Farm where you would be assisting in fixing and maintaining certain aspects of the poultry houses, as well as fixing and maintaining robots and machinery within the packing centre.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of either mechanical, electrical, compressed air, conveyer equipment, ventilation and/or vehicles/farm equipment.

Preferable candidate would have an understanding of farming and what is involved.

Working Hours-

Monday – Friday Days

45 hours basic week

Weekend work required

Plenty of opportunity for overtime

Must have full UK driving licence
