Sure Recruitment are looking for Warehouse Parcel Sorter for an on-going contract with our client based in Cumbernauld, working within a busy distribution centre for a large reputable company.
The company are looking for hard working individuals as you will be working within a fast-paced environment. Workers will be working as part of a team and are responsible for the handling of parcels, sorting parcels into required postcodes – ensuring they are not damaged during the process. Heavy lifting required therefore candidates must be able to keep up with the workload.

Essentials
Shifts Pattern
Any 5 over 7 and Weekends
time 0400 (4AM)

Pay Rates

Responsibilities/Duties
- Manual Handling
- Using Handheld Scanners
- Sorting parcels from conveyor belts
- Unloading Containers (Hand balling)
- Loading Vans
- Ensuring you are working in a safe manner
- General upkeep of the warehouse – ensuring your work area is clean and tidy
Skills Required
- Manual Handling experience (preferred, but not required)
- Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team
- Confident in using technology
- Able to work within a fast-paced environment
- Experience working to deadlines
- An exceptional track record of timekeeping
- Reliable
- Good work ethic
