Role Overview & Responsibilities

We have some great working opportunities for Picker/Packers to work in a large fresh fruit & vegetable packing and distribution site in Tarleton.

As a Picker/Packer you will be working within a fresh fruit environment and your duties will be as followed:

• Packing of fresh fruit/vegetable as per required specification.
• Basic Quality checks and Quality assurance of fresh fruit/vegetables.
• General production duties.
• Some lifting of fruit/vegetable boxes.
• Maintain high levels of housekeeping and ensure food hygiene is adhered to.
• To work effectively and safely in line with H&S requirements.
• This is a fast-moving environment, all team members must work whilst maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with hygiene regulations.
• General Duties outlined by your shift supervisor.

Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm

£9.70 p/h

Previous experience is essential and references must be obtainable for the last 2 years.
