Role Overview & Responsibilities

Job Title: Maintenance Operative

Location: Craigavon

Rate of Pay: £10.42 per hour

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday on a rota basis

Position Purpose/Summary

As Maintenance Operative, you are responsible for the maintenance of the site and grounds.

Job Duties

• To ensure the site and grounds are maintained to a high standard as directed by our client
• Operate a tractor to maintain the grounds
• Gritting of the grounds on site
• Litter picking of the grounds when required
• Operating ride on scrubber dryer within the centre
• Any other duties as required

Essential Criteria

• Full Driving Licence

Desirable Criteria

• Previous maintenance experience
• First Aid Certificate
• Fire Warden Training
• All of the above are minimum criteria for appointment to these positions.
