Role Overview & Responsibilities

T Brown Group are looking for an experienced Commercial Plumber to join our Hounslow and Ealing Commercial Team.

Rewards & Salary

Basic: Basic earning up to £16.50 per hour/circa £38,610 per Annum

PLUS

Additional incentivised payment scheme:

• Weekday Overtime Rate of Time + ¼
• Weekend Overtime Rate of Time + ½
• Plus £5.00 per 1st time fix
• OTS offerings in Excess of £50,000 per Annum

What will you be doing?

As part of our commercial maintenance team, our Commercial Plumbers will be expected to provide comprehensive management of communal water distribution systems in dwellings.

The successful Commercial Plumber will be able to carry out water sampling, clean and disinfect water distribution services, manage water management records, manage subcontractors, advise of system improvements, and carry out repairs in a professional manner and to a high standard in accordance with the current regulations / legislation.

What do you need?

• City &Guilds level 2&3 plumbing.
• Formal Water Regulations training.
• WRAS approved water treatment operative training.
• Certificate of Asbestos Awareness Training
• Certificate of Training Achievement for Working at Height, Manual Handling, First Aid (1-Day), or other.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience
• Excellent knowledge of communal plumbing
• Excellent working knowledge of hot and cold-water distribution services
• Good knowledge of communal heating plant
• Excellent communication skills
