Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are delighted to announce the opening of a new Japanese restaurant in the heart of Headingley called TADA.

We are currently looking for experienced SushiChefs who are ready to take the next step in their career.

About the Candidate

  • At least 1 year of working with Japanese cuisine and sushi techniques
  • Fish cutting experience for different forms of sushi (big plus if you know how to cut fish like a pro)
  • A flare for creativity and passion for good quality food with experience in plating techniques
  • An individual with excellent time management, communication skills and able to work under pressure
  • A chef able to ensure adherence to highest quality food preparation and hygiene standards

Pay

Pay is dependent upon experience, and with lots of scope for progression.

This is a permanent full-time position.
