Retail Sales Assistant – Icon O2 (Part-Time) - Jewellery

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Tateossian is now recruiting for enthusiastic, experienced Jewellery Retail Sales Assistants - to start training immediately in the Icon O2 Outlet in Greenwich North.

Tateossian - O2 is situated 15 minutes from central London, in North Greenwich, and already attracts nine million visitors per year. Your role will be pivotal in delivering excellent customer service and selling our beautiful jewellery range of past seasons.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Delivering and outstanding, individual customer service experience that increases return business
• Working across different shifts – opening hours are 10am – 7pm (Mon-Wed); 11am-8pm (Thu-Fri-Sat); 11pm-6pm (Sun)
• Meeting daily and monthly sales targets
• Working as part of different teams and moving between stores in London if required
• Developing and maintaining client relationships and data base
• Demonstrating ‘expert knowledge’ about the Tateossian product
• Acting as brand ambassador and maintain and / or establish new relationships
• Communicating with all departments at Head Office in an effective manner
• Merchandising store displays and providing feedback to the Design Team
• Maintaining stock and store appearance to maximise sales
• Acting as role model and continuously develop your knowledge

Skills and Experience required

• Minimum of two years’ experience in the luxury retail sector in London, ideally jewellery
• Impeccable spoken and written English
• Immaculate and professional personal presentation
• Pro-active in building new customer relations and maintaining existing ones
• Target driven and self-motivated to deliver beyond expectation
• Ability to create a ‘Tateossian atmosphere’ in store that consistently delivers the brand
• Ability to communicate with panache to customers of the highest level
• Team player who takes a flexible approach to shift work
