Junior Drawings Technician

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking to recruit a Junior Drawings Technician to be based from our office in Wakefield.

This is an exciting opportunity for candidates to develop a career in the Geospatial industry providing digital data to support UK infrastructure projects.

You will have the desire to work in a technical and changing industry and be enthusiastic, reliable and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have some experience with CAD drawings, a background in technical drawings or above or below ground surveying but full training, including external courses, will be provided.

Candidates will gain experience in using CAD and N4ce to produce 2D and 3D Utility drawings along with measured building elevations, floor plans and sections using the latest software.

Salary: £20,000 to £23,000, dependent on experience
