Cost Controller

Job Description :

Provides the necessary support to the Cost Engineer within 1 or several projects

Reporting lines and interactions:

Hierarchically reports to: Cost Control Department Manager.

Operationally reports to: Lead cost engineer or Cost engineer on projects.

Directly supervises (operationally): N/A

Typical background, qualifications and experience required:

Job scope (budget, management, specific criteria):

Assists and supports the cost control engineer on Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract.

· Follows up the activities on small to medium engineering services, secondment activities, and lump sum or reimbursable engineering services contracts.

· Monitors budget forecast for small projects under the cost engineer supervision.

· Issues special man-hours registration and / or invoicing procedure.

· Provides the Accounting department with necessary information for invoicing and accounting.

· Ensures compliance with and implementation of both company and client HSE Management System objectives and procedures.

· Ensures compliance with corporate Quality standards and GOPS.

Must have:

- Relevant degree

Nice to have:

- Experience in Oil & Gas.

- Good communication skills.
