SITE ENGINEER

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are Looking for a Site engineer experienced with RC Frame & groundwork, candidate that is proactive and able to do the paperwork also. The role offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Civil Engineering and proven experience.

Key attributes for this Site Engineer role Include.

• Providing site engineer duties within the region.
• Should establish the level and survey control for contracts
• Set out detailed works as per the contract construction drawings
• Ensuring that checks are made on regular basis and maintain standard quality control as per the client specification
• Should manage people and materials on site
• Should use the skills and expertise to guide crew members and ensure the successful completion of project on budget and within the time frame.
• providing technical advice and solving problems on site
• preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
• liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials
• ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.

Skill, Experience and Qualification

• BSc Engineering in Surveying /Civil / Structural Engineering
• Autocad & Civil 3D knowledge
• Commercial awareness – an understanding of how your actions can affect profitability of a project.
• Teamworking and relationship-building skills.

• An eye for detail.
• Problem solving.
• Leadership and management

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £33,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
