Role Overview & Responsibilities

Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting Care Assistants to join our award-winning Project Team, working alongside the NHS supporting clients who have been discharged from hospital.

YOU MUST HOLD A VALID DRIVING LICENCE FOR THIS POSITION.

  • £11 per hour
  • Paid two-day induction course, up to £150
  • Paid upfront DBS certificate
  • Paid annual leave based on working patterns
  • 50 hours over 5 days within your allocated area
  • Guaranteed hours – If we don’t have the work for you, you’ll still get paid
  • Paid travel time between each client

About the Role & Locations

This is a nationwide position. As a Care Assistant, you'll be required to work within one of the following areas:

  • Surrey
  • Somerset
  • Plymouth
  • Exeter
  • South Devon
  • Isle of Wight

You’ll be allocated to one of the above areas by our operations team. We’ll supply you with your own company car and provide free accommodation within your allocated area if you do not live within a reasonable commute.

As a Project Care Assistant, you’ll be responsible for providing support and companionship to our clients which include personal care duties such as bathing, dressing, helping with domestic tasks and medication.

About you

  • Must have a full valid driving licence, and be willing to drive within the UK
  • Over the age of 21 (Due to the rules set by our car hire providers)
  • No experience is necessary. We provide comprehensive training and shadowing
  • Flexibility to relocate to different locations when required
