Front of House Staff

Role Overview & Responsibilities

To support the Front of House team in providing outstanding customer service

To take food and drinks orders from customers in the restaurant and external trade areas

To take bookings and enquiries over the telephone

To serve food and drinks to customers at their tables both inside and to the external trade areas

To ensure high standards of hygiene across the operation

To be a team player and support colleagues

MUST HAVE RECENT HOSPITALITY EXPERIENCE and be able to provide references to support this

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary: Up to £11.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Worcester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Catering: 1 year (preferred)
• Hospitality: 1 year (required)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
• Bartending: 1 year (required)
