About Us
The Angel Hotel is a prestigious 38-bedroom hotel Privett, Alton we take pride in offering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Recently, we underwent a remarkable refurbishment of our function room, which has led to an increased number of weddings and events being hosted throughout the year. We are now seeking a talented and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team on weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to all guests attending weddings and events
• Set up tables, ensuring they are immaculately arranged and decorated
• Greet guests and escort them to their tables
• Take food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly
• Assist with event coordination, ensuring smooth flow and timing of service
• Clear tables and reset them for the next course or event
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure food is served efficiently and according to guests' preferences
• Address any guest inquiries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in a wedding or events setting
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service techniques
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Impeccable grooming and presentation
• Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction
• Flexibility to work on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

Salary: From £11.77 per hour
