Our company needs outgoing, enthusiastic and responsible team players to fill our Bar Staff position. The ideal candidates are professional, friendly and detail-oriented, and will be responsible for the smooth operation of the front-of-house. Each team member is expected to uphold our company's high standards for customer service and will be required to check IDs, provide general information about our bar and sell drinks when on shift. LGBTQ community desirable but not necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Serve customers quickly and efficiently.
• Deal with customer queries and complaints.
• Have a good knowledge of the bar's drinks menu and pricing structure.
• Keep up to date with drink suppliers and newest cocktail trends.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Be a team player.
• Ensure the safety of the community is priority

Job Type: Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: £8.71-£11.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bedford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
• customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
• Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
