Brake Press Operator
Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Press Bake Operators for a manufacturer and distributor of steel products on behalf of our client in Lytham St Anne's.
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 7:00 - 16:30
The Role:
- Will include safely loading sheet of steel onto the machine.
- Following health and safety requirements of machine ready for the press.
- Safely unloading finished product from the machine and allocating it to the relevant location
- Inspecting the product
- Meeting production output and deadlines
- Reporting to the shift leader
- Relevant training may be given if required to work in other areas of the warehouse.
Requirements of the Press Break Operator
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills
- Good accuracy and organisational skills.
- Ability to work to target
- Self motivated
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Heavy lifting
- Commitment to quality and Health and Safety
