Role Overview & Responsibilities

Our company is looking for a Front of House (FOH) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and tidy work area;
• Clear tables/Maintain dining room cleanliness;
• Prepare drink orders;
• Greet customers and assess their needs and preferences and make recommendations;
• Clean Customer Area
• Friendly greet customers and take their orders;
• Help with events;
• Know and promote menu items;
• Engage with guests to ensure they have a good experience;
• Handle take-out orders in person and over the phone;
• Check customer’s identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.

Requirements:

• Outgoing personality;
• Friendly and positive attitude;
• Ability to work in a team towards a common goal;
• Strong attention to detail and respect for process and procedures as prescribed;
• Independent work and be able to prioritize tasks;
• Fully understand and comply with health code;
• Must be 18 or older;
• Able to work weekends;
• Weekend availability is a must
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to work well in a team towards a common goal;
• Team minded.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: £9.50-£11.50 per hour
