Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Captain's Table are looking for breakfast supervisors to join our friendly team in our restaurant situated in Woolacombe, North Devon which will be opening for the season in March.

At the Captains Table the breakfast supervisors take the lead helping and coordinating the busy breakfast service ensuring our staff all work in an efficient and organised manner.

The Captain's Table is a relaxed, quirky restaurant serving quality food by the sea. Welcoming both locals and holiday makers, The Captain's Table is a popular restaurant in Woolacombe. The shift pattern is 8:30 til 3 but can be flexible with regard to hours and days worked

Staff must have a natural way about you that makes you extremely personable and polite and have a 'can do attitude and strive to make every customers experience the best it can be.

As well as being polite to customers, you must be able to work well in a team of staff as communication is key for the front of house to run smoothly.

Experience isn't necessary as full training will be provided.

Flexible working hours available from 12 up to 40+ and each staff member receives a share of the tips. Tips are very generous and are at least an extra £1 an hour.

Candidates must be a minimum of 15 years old and able to travel to Woolacombe.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 12-40 per week

Salary: £9.00-£12.00 per hour
