Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Dodford Inn is a beautifully unique countryside wedding and events venue with a bar and restaurant operating alongside. Opening hours of the bar and restaurant as follows: Fridays & Saturdays 5:00pm-11pm and Sundays: 12:30pm-7pm.

We are looking for experienced Sous Chef with the potential for promotion.

Pay rates dependent on experience and ability.

Candidate requirements:

• Ability to lead the kitchen team
• Experience working/running busy fresh food kitchens
• Banquet service experience
• Keen eye for detail
• Extremely high standards
• Punctual and reliable
• Work well within a team and individually
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Enthusiastic, passionate and Innovative
• Up to date Food hygiene and Health and safety
• Instruct and lead other members of the kitchen team
• Sense of humour!

Successful applicants will receive a wage based on experience plus 100% of gratuities shared between staff.
