Role Overview & Responsibilities

Our 72 -bedroom bespoke Hotel, The Dragonfly. The rapidly expanding pub/restaurant/hotel group Surya Hotels is looking for a Food and Beverage Assistant to be part of this exciting venture in Peterborough

Alongside the rooms, the property features a casual dining restaurant and bar area,

The ideal candidate will be pleasant, friendly, adaptable and:

• Be passionate about Hospitality

• Be personable and engaging

• Be able to strike up relationships with our guests

• Have the ability to deliver great service

• Have an interest in food and beverage with a passion to develop knowledge further

• Works well in a team and gets on well with other departments

• Take pride in their work

We would prefer that you have some experience in the hospitality sector doing a similar role but this is not required for the correct candidate.
