Line Chef

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented and motivated Line Chef to join our restaurant at The Dragonfly Hotel in Peterborough.

You will be tasked with cooking food to an outstanding level to provide to all of our customers and we are looking for experience in either a hotel or pub environment.

We are looking for you to have:

• The ability to deliver high standards consistently
• Outstanding attention to detail
• High standards of health and hygiene

The role will require:

• The cleaning and maintaining of equipment
• Complying to food safety and other regulations and rules as set out by the business
• Preparing and cooking items on the menu
• Organising and labelling the kitchen and it's storage
• Managing and ordering in stock
• Keeping wastage to a minimum
• Managing the kitchen

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £11.00 per hour
