Bridal Consultant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced bridal consultant/stylist to join our team.

Saturdays 7 hours and one day during the week (week day and hours can be flexible)

The job role on Saturdays will involve hosting a full bridal appointment. From welcoming the bridal party, styling and assisting the bride in and out of dresses through to taking measurements, completing the sale and all paper work regarding dress orders.

The additional day during the week will involve making pre-appointment calls, connecting and getting to know the bride before their appointments. Creating social media content and modelling gowns if required.

Over time will available during busy periods and some Sundays.

We are looking for:

A confident, outgoing, peoples person to connect with the bride and bridal party to create an enjoyable experience for all during their visit.

Experience in retail, especially high end or bridal is essential.

Knowledge, a passion for bridal wear and styling is preferred.

A background in fashion or textiles would be an advantage.

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (required)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 2 years (required)
• customer service: 2 years (required)
• Bridal or high end retail: 1 year (required)
