Role Overview & Responsibilities

Database Administrator – Salary Range £25K - £30K

The Eco Roof and Wall Company are a long established family business based in Nottingham.

The Company sells a range of Eco products including Solar Panels and Air Source Heat Pumps as well as External Wall Insulation.

The company has gone through a period of significant growth and have ambitious growth plans for the next 5 years so its important that we strengthen our Sales Team.

The Database Administrator is a newly created role and will be a key part of the Sales office team.

In 2023 we are launching our new CRM system and a key part of your role will be to implement and manage this system so its important that you have experience of running a CRM system, ideally Zoho.

Main Responsibilites

Management of the CRM

Day to day Sales Office and Database Administration

Compiling Sales Teams Commissions Weekly and Monthly

Managing the Sales Teams presenters

Reporting Daily, Monthly Sales figures and compiling reports.

This role reports directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager.

Key Attributes

The ideal candidate will have many years successful experience in Sales Administration and CRM Management.

You must be enthusiastic with a good attention to detail.

Be self motivated and able to work on you own initiative.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
