Event Steward

Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Goodwood Season is fast approaching, we are looking for Stewards to work with us at the various events in the Goodwood Calendar including, Festival of Speed, Revival and the Racecourse fixtures.

We are looking for friendly, passionate, well-mannered, presentable, well-spoken and enthusiastic individuals to join our stewarding team.

Your role:

• Assist in the movement of spectators. i.e. access support & queue management
• Provide a friendly face as a welcoming representative of the event
• Queue management & access support
• Respond to situations, providing reports and taking early action

You:

• Professional
• Confident interacting with large crowds
• Friendly, presentable and a team player
• No experience necessary – Full briefing and training provided

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Salary: £10.90-£12.21 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chichester, PO18 0PS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
