Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Falcon Hotel is looking for an enthusiastic, guest focussed Hotel Duty Manager to join our management team.

Previous management experience is essential due to the nature of the role. Full systems training will be given.

This award winning hotel is in a central location in the Lowtown area of Bridgnorth. Having recently had a renovation both inside and out, we have launched a new and exciting F&B offering to compliment our new look.

The role will focus on guest relations and hotel bookings, working with the current management team to modify rates and work with the third party booking sites, supporting the F&B format when required.

Please note, from time to time, overnight shifts may be required to cover overnight duty manager holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £10.00-£14.00 per hour
