Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Falcon Hotel is currently looking to recruit an experienced waiting person to provide our customers with a warm and friendly welcome and a memorable visit at breakfast. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role. The hours would be roughly 6.30am - 12.00pm, 5 or 6 days a week (although this may vary during quieter times and out of season).

We are committed to providing high standards of service and seek team members who share our passion for service and ensure that our customers and guests have the best experience possible. We operate a full table service throughout the hotel.

Responsibilities and Specific Duties include:

• To offer friendly service and good customer relations
• Maintain fast, accurate service, ensure an excellent customer experience, and make sure all products are consistent with company standards.
• To make sure the breakfast dining area and food service areas are up to company standards with regards to cleanliness.
• Work as a team player to support other employees complete their tasks.
• Prepare the restaurant ready for dinner service after breakfast.
• Open bar and serve any addition morning coffees.
