
Restaurant Manager
Role Overview & Responsibilities
We're currently recruiting a Restaurant Manager for five shifts per week at our Belgravia based restaurant; A' Table, as part of The Fine Cheese Co.ltd. offering.
Reporting to the Director, the Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the following aspects of the business:
- Staff management and training
- Restaurant and bar management
- Occasional corporate events
- Lunch and dinner service
- Customer Excellence
The Restaurant Manager needs to have demonstrable exposure to both bar and restaurant operations. This is a small venue and will require a Restaurant Manager who is hands-on, a strong team leader and someone to be the face of the business.
Leading a team of up to 6 staff, working closely with the Kitchen, this is a great role for a hospitality professional looking for a good environment with the chance to join a newly launched restaurant. We offer fantastically well thought out food, exquisite wines, and cheese in a classy and relaxed surrounding.
What we need from you
- Currently working at Restaurant Management level- Essential
- Wine experience, and a genuine interest to learn- Essential
- A hands on approach with a can do attitude and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality, and the industry
- Posses great front of house presence, be an accepted leader and naturally inspire your team
- Have a good understanding of business operations
- Love great quality food, drinks, and good service!
We pay a 15% service charge and tips on top of salary.
All candidates must have the right to work in the UK as sponsorship is not an option.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Β£40,000.00 per year
