Role Overview & Responsibilities

Based in the heart of Perth, The Giddy Goose is a busy bustling venue which offers lunch, dinner and late night drinks. With ample inside seating, a bohemian bar and a large outside beer garden this venue caters to all, from families, friends and couples.

Daily duties include:

- Helping to open & close the restaurant, serving food & drinks

- Working busy lunch and dinner services, working alongside other team members

- Working on the bar if required on quieter days, making a combination of soft drinks, cocktails & hot drinks

- Working busy evening shifts running a section competently on their own

- Greeting customers with a bubbly happy personality

Training will be offered where needed, however candidates who already have a good level of training on the above would be more desirable.

Should the right candidate prove themselves over their probationary period more senior positions within the company are available for immediate start. The Giddy Goose is a company that believe in promotion within, as an expanding company the potential doesn't stop with the venue, with previous management going on to senior executive roles within the company.
