Role Overview & Responsibilities
As a Web Optimisation Manager, you will be responsible for optimising the digital experience of our retail customers across all digital channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Ecommerce, and IT, to design and implement digital strategies that improve customer conversion, drive sales and enhance brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an AB testing program to optimise the customer experience on The House of Bruar website and increase the conversion rate.
- Enhance the customer experience across all digital touchpoints, including websites, email marketing and other channels.
- Monitor digital performance metrics, analyse data and report on results to identify areas for improvement to further optimise the customer experience.
- Work with the Ecommerce developers to optimise online shopping experiences, including checkout, payment and delivery processes.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies and technology partners to ensure maximum benefit from digital partners.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies and recommend new digital initiatives to improve customer engagement and sales.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in web optimisation, AB testing or automated optimisation tools.
- Familiarity with digital analytics tools and platforms.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Knowledge of the ecommerce industry and customer behaviours is a plus.
