Kitchen Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Knights Court Hotel is looking for someone to join our kitchen team - someone who can work under pressure and follow instructions, as well as prioritise their workload.

Duties to include (but not limited to):

• Pot washing - before, during and after service
• Food preparation
• Stock rotation
• Cleaning - follow a schedule of cleaning, from each shift to weekly, monthly and beyond
• Maintenance and reporting of issues

The role would include morning and evening shifts, and weekend work. An interest in food and cooking would be advantageous, and someone who can work well with others is a must.

Job Type: Zero hours contract

Pay: Up to £10.42 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Kitchen experience: 1 year (preferred)
