The Light is recruiting for a Chef to work in our open kitchen and prepare, cook, and present our dishes with pride and passion.
We are looking for an experienced Chef to rise to the challenge of a busy service and ensure food standards are met and maintained at all times.
The successful candidates will:

• Have experience working within a busy kitchen
• Be able to lead a kitchen team
• Have a passion for cooking and working with fresh ingredients
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high standard of food quality and presentation
• Have a high energy level and pro-active approach to work
• Be organised, reliable and a proud ambassador of the Light
