Role Overview & Responsibilities

The AmberRose Spa situated in The Lodge on Loch Lomond Hotel in the beautiful village of Luss has positions available for full - time and part-time spa receptionists.

The AmberRose Spa is looking for talented beauty receptionists with skills and personality. If you have a passion for making people feel better and have plenty of individuality, we want to hear from you.

The AmberRose Spa combines luxury Spa therapies with beauty treatments.

We strive to provide the Wow Factor for all of our guests and create an inclusive environment for all. We are searching for passionate and confident receptionists who work hard to achieve a welcoming and personalised experience for every guest.

You will be given training in all of our brands and treatments.

Requirements:

• A keen interest in wellbeing, beauty and sustainability
• Excellent customer service skills and a true passion for making others feel better when greeting all clients
• Accurately book, change and cancel spa appointments using our booking systems and utilize computer systems with skill and proficiency to document client information ensuring clients’ confidentiality at all times
• Answer the telephone promptly and provide all callers and clients with detailed descriptions of spa treatments, products, packages, services and hours of operations
• Going above and beyond for clients to make sure they received the Wow factor
• Confident in building relationships with your clients and recommending products
• Drive to maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked and well organised work area
• Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management
• Flexibility and availability to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays

Own transport required due to our location and limited public transport.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: From £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Luss, G83 8PA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
