Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Lost & Found Leeds Club are looking for enthusiastic Bar Backs to join our team!

The Lost & Found is home to mystical mixology and delectable dishes and our buildings have been transformed into decadent drinking dens and restaurants, with a playful sense of fun, plants, flowers and hidden secrets. Infused spirits are mixed, muddled and beautifully served creating craft cocktails by our creative mixologists. And food is taken just as seriously with a menu full of flavour, made using seasonal produce and all cooked to perfection.

As a Bar Back in The Lost & Found, you will be the backbone of our team, working behind the scenes the create an amazing experience for our guests.

Experience isn’t always necessary but a big personality and willingness to work hard is.​ To make sure that you’re the best there is, every Bar Back that joins The Lost & Found will be given the opportunity to train onto the bar, and become a master of the cocktail craft, working through the stages of our tailored development plan from Student, Undergraduate, Graduate, Doctor and finally a Professor.

Each new starter will undertake an intense training program and we will be here to help you every step of the way...but you'll get some really exciting perks along your journey too!
