We are looking for an experienced Butcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing meat for sale. He or she must have a good knowledge of different cuts of meat and be able to work quickly and efficiently. The Butcher must also be able to handle customer inquiries in a polite and professional manner. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for meat preparation to join a growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Cut, trim, and prepare meat for sale.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the work area.
• Follow safety guidelines when using knives and other sharp tools.
• Operate meat-cutting machinery and equipment.
• Weigh and package meats for sale.
• Ensure quality control of products.
• Keep accurate records of inventory and sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £12.00-£14.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Morden: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

• Butchering: 2 years (preferred)
