Role Overview & Responsibilities

This role is made up of many varying responsibilities including:

• Greet and escort customers to their tables
• Prepare tables by setting up with required glasses, silverware etc.
• Offer menu reccomendations upon request and be able to provide detaile information regarding the menu dishes, portions, ingredients and allergies
• Up sell additional products
• Comminicate effectively with kitchen staff and other floor members
• Deliver checks and collect bill payment
• Follow all health and safety regulations and be aware of your responsibilities to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
• Serve food and drink orders with confidence and be able to work in a high paced environement
• Use your own iniative to complete tasks during quieter periods.
• Be able to use the till system and recall orders correctly.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 10 per week

Day range:

• Every weekend
• Weekend availability

Physical setting:

• Bar
• Restaurant

Shift:

• Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• St Helens: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Catering (preferred)
• Customer service (required)
• Hospitality (required)
• Bartending (required)
