Customer Service/Warehouse Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Customer Service/Warehouse Assistant role is a key role within the warehouse. You will be the forefront of all communication with customers through phone, email, live chat and in person. You will carry out a number of other tasks to ensure our growing online presence has the customer service to match, as well as ensuring that all orders are picked and packed and go out in a timely manner. You will be a part of a team that have pallets of goods in and out every day, which you will play a part in. You will organise and process customer returns and follow up on customer reviews and work towards the best possible reviews for all our customers online. You will also be part of a busy supply chain that supplies our busy stores, so stock taking, picking orders and organising goods out.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £10.42 per hour
