Commis Chef

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Commis Chef to join our culinary team!

The ideal candidate should have previous experience creating high-quality food for in a food operation for either a small restaurant or pub, and must be able to safely operate our kitchen's cooking equipment. We are also interested in hiring individuals who take pride in the appearance of their work, are methodical and systematic in their approach and have a strong record of dependability.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present food to a high standard.
• Ensure an efficient and timely flow of food out of the kitchen.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the menu and how to utilise good quality, local ingredients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 35-45 per week

Salary: £9.00-£12.00 per hour
