Retail Sales Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for an energetic, responsible and versatile Retail Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, ensuring products are properly stocked and selling items directly to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and be friendly and welcoming.
• Demonstrate a high standard of customer service.
• Maintain merchandise to ensure maximum sales potential.
• Maintain stores policies including safety and security standards, returning damaged or defective product, and keeping systems up-to-date.
• Set up displays and shelving according to company guidelines.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 14 per week

Salary: £11.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Aldeburgh: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
• customer service: 1 year (preferred)
