Hotel Receptionist

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a reliable, professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. We have a 16 bedroom hotel with a very busy reception desk and a sister hotel in Kings Lynn with 12 bedrooms. We require a happy face to help us greet & welcome guests, prepare invoices, help with daily banking, answer a hotel & restaurant switchboard, make reservations and answer enquiries politely and efficiently. We pride ourselves on our warm welcome and our attention to detail and would ideally be looking for someone with some reception or hospitality experience who can converse with, and care for, our guests with confidence.

We can offer a mixture of daytime (7:30am-3:30pm) or evening (3:00-10:00pm) shifts within a small but friendly team at either site depending on the candidates location.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 7-30 per week

Salary: From £10.00 per hour
