Role Overview & Responsibilities

Stepping Stones Leisure is a small but expanding hospitality group. Currently we operate a 28 bedroom boutique hotel and 3 restaurants. All of our sites are located in Ramsgate. We have expansion plans for 2022.

As a key part of this expansion we are seeking a Restaurant FOH Staff. We have full and part time positions available. There are progression opportunities for the right people.

Whilst we endeavour to provide continuous training to our team, the successful candidate will display these key characteristics:

A mature attitude to learning.

Keen to progress within the organisation

A professional approach and can do attitude

Whilst experience in hospitality would be useful, full training will be given to the right candidate.

We start all our team members on the minimum wage and this can increase after initial training.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: Up to £10.50 per hour
