Customer Service Advisor (online fashion)

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We run a number of e-commerce websites including My Fox Bag, Pam Pam London, Yards Store, Parasol Store and The Sporting Lodge, selling clothing, footwear and accessories to customers both in the UK and internationally.

We are looking for either a Full Time (38 hours) Customer Service Advisor to deal with daily enquiries from our UK and overseas customers as well as our suppliers.

Typical duties would involve following up all email, live chat and phone enquiries, assisting customers with product enquiries, order and delivery queries.

You will also be trained on admin duties such as processing refunds, placing claims with Royal Mail and checking off order confirmations with our suppliers.

We are looking for an individual with excellent verbal & written communication skills, who is efficient, highly organised and will go the extra mile for the customer. Someone who has a can-do attitude and is a good team player. An interest in fashion / understanding of online shopping or background in clothing retail would be an advantage.

Basic IT skills required. Full training will be given on internal IT systems.

You will be responsible for dealing with customers and will be working as part of a small and busy team in our office in Northwich.

Hours - 38 hours per week (full time 5 days)

Monday 8.30am-5pm, Tuesday - Friday 9am-5pm

£19,365 pa

20 days holiday plus 8 Bank holidays
