Domiciliary Care Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for Domiciliary Care Assistants to support elderly and vunerable adults living in their own homes. Full time or part time hours available during evening.

Duties can include (But not limited too):

• Administering medication
• Making meals
• Helping with personal care such as washing, dressing, hair and skin care, eating and drinking
• Escorting clients to an activity or a medical appointment
• Chatting and engaging with relatives and providing care updates
• Companionship — communicating and taking an interest in your client’s needs
• Helping with household tasks, including gardening, cleaning, household

A driver with access to a vehicle is essential!

Location: Guilford

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract

Salary: £10.30-£11.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Guildford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
