Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers and Night Support Workers to join our team in York. This is a rewarding role that requires you to support clients with their day-to-day tasks and accommodate their individual needs.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Please note that you must have the right to work in the UK.

We offer various hours, including full-time and part-time positions, and a competitive salary ranging from £10.50 to £11.60 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing practical support and assistance to clients with their day-to-day tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping.

• Communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and other professionals.

• Keeping accurate records and completing paperwork as required.

• Ensuring clients receive the highest quality of care and support possible.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassionate, patient, and understanding attitude.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing high-quality care and support.

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
